In 1988, Bozin Pavlovski was elected as a member of Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts in the Department of Literature. There are more than 60 foreign editions, and more than 160 Macedonian editions of his works.
Pavlovski has won numerous foreign and Macedonian literary awards including the Interbalkan Award for Literature in Greece (2002).
